Having worked in early career recruitment and development for more than six years, Carolinne Ogura is a fierce advocate of NACE and the work done by the organization. She has created, developed, and managed early career programs of various sizes, from 30 associates to 900 associates. These programs expand across various companies, from nonprofits, to not-for-profit financial institutions, to Fortune 500 corporations. She is also an active NACE member and recently co-chaired the 2025 NACE Conference Planning Committee.

Jasmin Senior Bostic is the senior manager of Global University Relations & Recruiting for CSL Behring, a 100-year-old biotech, based in Melbourne Australia that focuses on life saving biotherapies for chronic illness and rare blood disorders. She is responsible for the implementation and execution of university relations and recruitment strategy in the United States, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to joining CSL, she worked in campus recruiting and diversity at Comcast NBCUniversal and EY.
