Tara Routie, Assistant Director, University of Florida - Warrington College of Business Administration
Tara Routie first joined the undergraduate Business Career Services team in September 2022 as a career coach, where she coached freshman and sophomore students on their career journey and partnered with college stakeholders to support additional educational initiatives. She now serves as an assistant director and continues to coach students and help them reach their career goals. She also serves as the advisor for the Warrington Diplomats, where she leads 35 to 40 students to serve as the official ambassadors for the college. She is a proud double gator from the Warrington College of Business, earning her BSBA in management and master’s in international business.Arlette Perez, Career Coach, University of Florida - Warrington College of Business Administration
Arlette Perez first joined the Business Career Services (BCS) team as a graduate assistant in August 2022 and transitioned to a full-time career coach role, where she supported first- and second-year students in their career development. Prior to BCS, she worked with UF's Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program, where she provided mentoring, advising, and programming for first-generation students on campus. She earned a bachelor’s in human communication and a certificate in human resources from the University of Central Florida, as well as a master’s in student personnel in higher education from the University of Florida. Her background spans higher education, career services, student affairs, and nonprofit management. She now serves as an assistant director continuing to support students in their career search. She currently advises ALPFA at UF and first-generation business leaders, as well as support to the undergraduate CAP mentor program.
