Chris Fitzpatrick, PHR, SHRM-CP, is has spent the past 16 years of his professional life in the campus recruiting and HR space, currently leading campus, diversity and inclusion, and talent development at Crestron Electronics. Fitzpatrick is a professional speaker, focusing on topics such as campus recruiting, leadership, communication, diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, and more. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montclair State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Arizona, Global Campus. As a self-described “aspiring game show host,” Fitzpatrick brings energy, humor, and fun to his presentations whether in-person or virtual.
